BASIC POSITION DESCRIPTIONS
DIRECTOR - Leads the entire organization, organization marketing, focuses on "big picture" projects, reviews all research and investigation documents and gives final approval on operation functions, hosts administration meetings, develops administrative policies policies, assists with investigations and research projects at times and reviews all applications submitted for joining the team.
OPERATIONS MANAGER - Focuses on the field operations for of all investigations and research, assists with marketing, reviews all research and investigation documents, develops basic team operation procedures, enforces administration policies, assists with administration meetings, assists with reviewing all applications submitted for joining the team, assists with research and investigations.
PARANORMAL INVESTIGATOR - Manages all investigations into claims of unexplained phenomenon and attempts to figure the "entire picture". Reviews all investigation documentation and generates a Case Report. Communicates with the Paranormal Research Department and hosts branch meetings.
FIELD SUPERVISOR - Supervises the Investigation Technicians, assists with training of new staff, delegates duties fairly, assists with environmental readings and dispatching duties and reviews and submits any Dispatch Call Logs and other environmental reading documents.
INTUITIVE CONSULTANT - Conducts intuitive consultations for the client and "readings" of the property as well as documents all information obtained during the session and assists with other investigative functions.
INVESTIGATION TECHNICIAN - Conducts dispatching duties, monitors CCTV System, conducts preliminary environmental readings, completes Dispatch Call Logs and any other documents necessary within the scope of their assigned duties.
PARANORMAL SCIENTIST - Manages all research projects and assignments in regards to unexplained phenomenon and attempts to figure out how unexplained activity occurs and how to predict such activity. Reviews all research documentation and generates a Research Report, conducts paranormal experiments, Communicates with the Paranormal Investigations Department and hosts branch meetings.
RESEARCH SUPERVISOR - Supervises the Research Technicians and Statistic Analyzers, assists with training of new staff, assists with research projects, delegates duties fairly, assists with paranormal experiments and reviews all documents submitted in regards to research.
RESEARCH TECHNICIAN - Conducts both on and off the field paranormal data collection and assists with paranormal experiments.
STATISTIC ANALYZER - Conducts statistical breakdowns of each paranormal investigation and research projects. Looks for "patterns".
